Does the other person need an app?
No. Your contact page opens in their phone’s browser. You set up your own Ping profile before you start sharing.
Which phones work with Ping?
Ping uses NFC. Tap near the top of a compatible iPhone or the NFC reader on the back of an Android phone. NFC must be supported and enabled; the exact tap location varies by device.
Is there a subscription or a battery?
The ring is a one-time purchase with no subscription required for your contact profile. Passive NFC powers each tap, so there is no battery to charge.
How do I choose my size?
Use the size chart beside the size selector. Measure the finger you plan to wear it on, including room to pass your knuckle. Ping offers a free size exchange within 30 days.
What happens after a tap?
Your profile opens on their phone. They choose which links to open or details to save, and can submit their own contact details. A tap alone does not automatically collect their personal information.
